code p 0700 refers to transmission control module(TCM)--malfunction===causes ---wiring---TCM
check for loose / corroded wiring connections and or/ replace thet TCM

Check and clean batery cables terminal. And drive it for about 60 milles and see if it fix.

Car won't start there is power to the starter. Starter is new. p1684 code the dash lights reset and says done and the the code p1684 comes on. Also you can not tell what gear the car is in there...

1999 intrepid wont start


P1684 comes up as "Battery has been disconnected within the last 50 starts". There is nothing you can do. It will go away after awhile.
