Question about 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
Cruise was working fine driving home from up north until I kicked it into gear to pass someone. Cruise just stopped working. Stopped and turned car off and back on. Did not work the rest of the way home. Any ideas?

Sounds to me that the turn signal switch is bad and will have to be replaced. If you could wiggel it around and get them to work tells me that is wear the problem is.

The Venture uses an electronic Cruise Control and doesnt require vacume. I would suspect the cruise module under the hood, or the lever on the steering colum to be bad.

Testimonial: "You're right on the no vacuum part. I kind of suspected the unit under the hood myself, but was hoping there might be a cheaper fix. :-) Thanks 4 info"
