Question about 2006 Ford Taurus
I need to replace horn how do I remove it and replace it.
The horns are often under where the battery box is. One thing it may not be the horn. Quite often it is the ground wire that comes loose. check that first. The bolts that hold the horn to the car will probably be rusted so be prepared to use new fasteners and possibly drill some new holes. Before you pull the horn out take two wires from the battery and touch them to clean contacts on the horn. YOU WILL BE VERY ALARMED WHEN AND IF IT WORKS SO BE PREPARED. If it is the ground wire find another clean place where it can be wired to the car's steel.
