Question about Chrysler Town & Country
I have a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country when I break over 40 MPH the front wheels start to shake. I've changed the brakes and rotors in January 2014 because of this but now it's happening again.
AHHHHGGG... Be careful!! This is a VERY dangerous situation. If you really want to do this yourself rather than have a professional do it, you need to jack up the car and check that the wheels are not loose. You could be losing a bearing or a ball joint or the tie rod balls. When you grab any part of the steering it should be tight. You should not be able to shake any of the rods. The wheel, once off the ground, should not be able to rock back and forth. It could be that you have an out-of-round wheel, or it could be that you drive line is out of balance. Too many things to count, you really need to have a professional look at it.

Break Down And Replace The Blower Motor
WARNING: ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS, DISABLE THE AIRBAG SYSTEM BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. DISCONNECT AND ISOLATE THE BATTERY NEGATIVE (GROUND) CABLE, THEN WAIT TWO MINUTES FOR THE AIRBAG SYSTEM CAPACITOR TO DISCHARGE BEFORE PERFORMING FURTHER DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. THIS IS THE ONLY SURE WAY TO DISABLE THE AIR-BAG SYSTEM. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH OR DEATH.
NOTE: The blower motor is located on the passenger side of the vehicle under the instrument panel. The blower motor can be removed from the vehicle without having to remove the HVAC housing.

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

I work for a brake repair shop and trust me you are not alone.Enterprise and alot of other people bought the same van and had the same trouble.I hate to say but it doesnt stop there.About every 14 to 15 thousand miles you have to replace the front pads.As of now they dont have an upgrade, for instance ceramic pads, but I am sure they will very soon

SOURCE: shaking while braking
I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WILL HELP BUT NARROW IT DOWN,WHEN BRAKING WHAT SHAKES,STEERING WHEEL SHAKES BACK AND FORTH IT WOULD BE A FRONT BRAKE ISSUE,MAKE SURE CALIPER HARDWARE IS OK,AND CALIPER SLIDE PINS ARE FREED UP,IF THE WHOLE CAR SHAKES IT'S THE REAR BRAKES,PINS SLIDER AND HARDWARE ON REAR ALSO,HOPE THIS HELPS
