Have a 2000 Kia Sportage, had the oil changed at the shop and they overfilled it...It was starting then would quit, now it won't start at all! I drained some of the oil out but it still isn't working....

Possible (but unlikely) connection between the oil change/overfill and the starting problem. How much did the shop over fill the oil? Did your check engine light come on? If so, did you have the error code read? Did the shop perform any other maintenance/repairs when they changed the oil?

I change oil in my nissan titan v8 and after the engine started smokeing what do we do to stop the smoke.

if the smoke is coming from the engine bay, check for spilt oil or an oil leak, especially on the exhaust. clean/fix this and the smoke should stop.

if it is coming from the exhaust, check you have used the correct grade of oil (too thin oil may bypass oil seals slightly) and you have not overfilled the engine and this can cause internal pressure, causing oil to bypass the seals, or even blow oil seals completely. overfilling will also damage the catalytic converter.

Oil dipstick gives bad reading. get different readings when checking fluid level.

Check oil on a level surface, and when cold, before start up. That will give the highest level posible, because you dont want to overfill. Overfilling will cause a number of problems.
Have in mind that checking oil on a hot engine, one that has been just turned off, will have a lot of oil on the top part of engine, that has had no time to drip down, and will give a low reading.

I changed the oil on my 2008 nissan sentra 2.0

You should use the viscosity oil recommended in your owner's manual. Using a heavier weight oil can affect your fuel economy. If you overfilled the engine with oil, drain out a quart. Overfilling with oil will cause the oil to 'foam', and if this happens, you are not getting proper lubrication of components, which can result in damage to your engine.
