Did you check your fuses? If the fuse is OK, check wiring.

Any problems with interior lights blowing fuses??

For an interior light to blow fuses you have a dead short in the wire to the bulb or possiblely the wrong bulb. Pull the bulb and see if the fuse still blows.

Gas gauge reads 3/4 when full and temp. won't come up past the cld mark. could this be a fuse issue?

Sounds like it could be an instrument cluster fuse or a possible ground issue. fuse would be easier. Did you have anything added recently such as a stereo or remote car start system?

My dash lights and tail lights aren't working in my 1999 nissan sentra gxe, what can i do to fix it?

What this sounds like is a fuse issue. Take your fuse panel off and you will see that each of the fuses are labeled on the panel as to what they operate. Simply find the one(s) that are bad and replace them, that should solve the issue. Make sure that you use the same amp fuse to replace the bad one(s), for example the fuse is a 10amp use a 10 amp and nothing else or you could cause some electrical issues and possible a fire. I hope that you have found this information useful as that is my goal.

My headlights blink on & off as I'm driving down the highway! Can't drive at night anymore because of this!

1) Get out your owner's manual and turn to the fuse panel diagram
2) Locate and replace the fuse responsible for your headlights (might be separate fuses for each headllight)
3) If this isn't the issue, it's possible a relay is bad. They should be located with your fuse panel and can be replaced easily. You can get them from any auto parts store for a modest price.
4) If you've replaced the relays and the fuses and still have the issue, it's possible it's the GEM module. This is quite a bit trickier and you'll likely need a qualified mechanic to replace it. I'd recommend taking it to a mechanic before trying the GEM module because it might also be a short in the wiring. Either way, leave those jobs for the pros.

My hazards wont come on that or my reverse lights

Did you check fuses and buss fuse in the PDC box, also under dash, fuse box. fuse for hazards are stand alone, safety issue, as for the rev lamps if you have a 41te trans, its controlled by the TCM, power from the PDC.
possible burnt bulbs, possible defect it the PDC, I've seen these break down, internally and has to be replced, lots of used one around. GOOD LUCK, RDJRP

Alternator not charging, is there a fuse that could be blown that is part of the ecm in fuse box or is it likely to be the alternator?

Possible fuse issue, but more likely an alternator issue. They don't seem to last as long as they used to with all the electronics they have to work now.
