My radio goes on and off when I'm driving. When the radio turns off, the windows won't work. This usually happens when I'm on the road.

This sounds like a wiring problem. You probably have a loose connection and will need to trace the problem. Since the radio and windows are affected, I would try starting at the fuse box and make sure there are no loose wires or that the fuse holder has not gotten loose. There is a slight chance it is the battery cable but ...... I would suspect other systems to be affected too.

Best of luck, Jim

I loose my radio presets and time when the engine is shut-off

the radio and clock needs two voltage supplies. one is connected B+ ( means always has voltage even when off) usually red wire and ACC+( means it is supplied only when you switch to acc position) usually orange wire. the red B+ wire supplies the memory for this devices. you might have a loose wire in that circuit

CD Changer noise

That sounds like a bad ground wire. You may have mice eating wires. Try gently shaking the changer to see if its a loose connection. the noise will go away if its a loose connection there. if not it may need a pro to find the wire problem. if you have access to the cd changer wiring, unplug it entirely and see if the noise goes away.
