Question about Cars & Trucks
I am not familiar with that particular vehicle, but mine has a relay (under the hood) which supplies power to the window switch(s). Power for ALL the windows goes through the "control panel" on the drivers door, so it is possible a poor connection or dirty contact there is creating your problem. I used WD40 to clean mine without even having to remove the switch panel. I hope this helps you track down your problem.

Look in the owners manual and see if they have a circuit breaker or relay instead of a fuse. It could be bad and you would not see it.

If all of the windows do not work and the fuse is fine, the problem is either the window switch on the drivers door or the wire is bad that provides power. Remove the door panel and meter the switch, if you get power to the switch but not through the switch the problem is the switch. If you are not getting power to the switch you know you have a wiring problem.

See if you have power coming out of the master power window switch when a button is pushed down. Remove a door panel and check for power at the window motor with the switch pushed. If you do not have power it could be the master switch. Good luck.

Yes, just removed #17 fuse and reinstalled and everything returned. Maybe bad connection, or maybe something was drawing current and that's it's function, (cut power) but it just didn't reset? (Owner's manual lists one function of Circuit #17 as "Battery Saver')
