The cruise has no dedicated fuse, you will most likely be looking to replace the clockspring rotating contact located under the steering wheel which connects the switches in the steering wheel (horn, cruise and air-bag) to the rest of the electrical system.

there was a recall on the clockspring. If you havent replaced it, that could be the problem. you can have it done at a dealership free of charge.

when it comes to fuses, take a look in your owners manual to see specifically what fuses do what. Because some fuses will be used to protect several circuits and the fuse panel cover will not tell you all of them.

SOURCE: fuse for cruise control out
If you have identified that the fuse for cruise control usually it is under the dashboard panel in front of the driver. Size or ampere rating capacity is shown on the fuse itself.
