Well the way you can tell is by looking at the ignition coils or the bottom of the spark plugs if they are single spit fire then it will only have one metal tab or if it's got two plugs in one spot otherwise it might possibly two wires or coils in one plug sometimes it might have single coils or plugs and two metal tabs on the bottom of the plugs check the amounts of cylinders or leiters to see what maybe required
