Have the O2 sensor checked. MIne costed about $45.00 for the part and $120.00 for labor. Also could be the honeycomb in the catalytic convertor is breaking up and clogging the exhaust.

Clean your MAF (mass air flow sensor).

Google a Youtube video on how to do it.

You just need electrical parts cleaner or MAF cleaner.

I have a manual transmisson and i drove it home and left it over night and i crunk it back up and it was stuck in reverse and wouldnt come out i dont know what would be the problem and it is a top shifter...

You can try to rock the vehicle back and forth, while it is off not on, and have some one try to get it into neutral while doing this. It sounds like the pressure plate is bad.

When i press the accellerator the idle fluctuates up and down

Couple of items can cause this:
manual shift valve, transmission range sensor, idle air control or fuel pressure regulator. Only once I had to replace the ECU.
I would scan for codes first and see what you get.
