if there is no switch and it doesn't have the second generation smart airbag system (there is a weight sensor in the passenger seat) you can't turn it off, refer to your owners manual on this.

You'll need to open up your center console and look at the base of the parking brake. You should see two screws and two cables for your rear wheels. You can tighten or loosen the screws to adjust the tension on the cable and your brakes
