The orifice is in the TX valve and cannot be changed unless you change the valve unit. That means letting all the gas out and then having to regas the system when finished. This is a job for a auto air conditioner specialist . The TX valve is on the inlet to the evaporator core up under the dash

Timing chain replacement labor time

Is there a reason you are changing it, unlike a belt they do not really need changing every so many thousands of miles/kilometres. If there is no problem, I personally would be loath to change it. As for the time to change it, here is the first of various videos to help you, the others follow on.

Replace AC Compressor, Accumulator, Orifice Tube, and Hose Assembly

Made a video on how to change the AC Compressor, Accumulator, Orifice Tube, and Hose Assembly on my 2003 Ford Focus 2.0L SOHC SPI. Symptoms started off as blowing hot air at idle and then it just blew hot air all the time and Firestone told me it had not compression and needed the compressor replaced. Remove condenser-to-evaporator refrigerant line. Separate line to expose fixed orifice tube. Pour small amount of clean refrigerant oil into cavity to aid removal. Engage Fixed Orifice Tube Remover/Replacer), hold tool body and turn "T" handle to draw out fixed orifice tube. To install, reverse removal procedure. Use new "O" rings coated with clean refrigerant oil.

Where is the orifice tube located??

The Fixed Orifice Tube is located in the high pressure inlet to the AC evaporator core on the firewall, the high pressure side is the side with the small hose from the compressor. Below is a picture of the Evaporator core, note the two holes, the Fixed Orifice Tube goes in the smaller of the two holes.

After flushing the ac, i replaced the compressor dryer, orifice tube. now the air quit flowing from the dash when i accelerate and the vent selector is not functioning in some positions

There's a very good chance the vacuum lines were disrupted when you made your repairs. The blower door actuator is vacuum driven and won't change from defrost to vent if it has a leak or is not seated. Check the vacuum lines starting at the firewall in front of the passenger. Best of luck.
