white smoke is normally water or too lean
have a compression test done
check/ replace the air filter
check /clean the PCV valve
run the fault codes to check for other possible unit failures

Suzuki 12valve smokey engine?


Could be valve stem oil seals, could be piston rings worn, could even just need a tune, best advice without seeing the car run is to go to your local mechanic with the car for their opinion

Blue smoke is usually oil, white is usually coolant, and black is usually fuel.

Smokey engine at startup means that the valve seats and bushings are worn out - major refit needed - stay away, it might cost you more than the car itself.

Smokey exhaust. overheated


you may have blown the head gasket... if the smoke is white its probably steam...have a cylinder leakage test done, then you'l know for sure..
