Question about Nissan Quest
2002 Nissan Quest won't engage in gear. It is stationary in park and just rolls when put in reverse or drive. Fluid levels are fine. No problems before this other than a bad battery that caused me to have to jump it several times.
Run the fault codes first to check for recorded transmission codes then use the scanner to reset the CPU program as the program is probably corrupted from the power surges from jumping the battery incorrectly.

no recals but if you are the oreginal owner you have untill 2010or 80,000 miles before the warranty runs out, and if you are past that I bleive you will need a T.C.M transmission control module.
