Vent door **** with no heat
Mike, if this is a dual climate control electronic system you can run a self test on heater control head.turn key on and within 10 seconds press off and floor simultaneously for a second then release and press auto...this will put system into self test. You'll hear all functions of heater system moving. At the end it will show you a trouble code..then with this code you can goggle it and find out what's wrong. There is a total of 5 actuators in that system.most of the time the tiny plastic gear strips out inside of them.u can hear it and actually feel which one is causing concern.very common concern on these..if I do 2 I usually do all of them, but that consists of taking out dash.the 2 temp blend actuators are easy and minimal dash trim only has to be remo
