Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Turned key in ignition got no responce tried connect to ecu unable to respond

With a voltmeter check out the main battery fuse cartridge located in the fuse box usually 3 or 4 of them bolted to fuse box you cant mistake them they are the largest physically in the fuse box , If this reads ok check your Battery Earth strap and Engine earth strap .sometimes the dash lights if these straps are poor but they can not carry enough power to complete circuit.

Code p1683

DTC P1683 - Driver 5 Line 3

The "P" implies Powertrain, but I understand this code to relate to your vehicle's computer which is unable to boot up properly as a result of being unable to read certain data. This may be from a faulty PCM, or low voltage to the unit. I would check both, and ensure you check the ignition as several things validate voltage from there.

sounds like you have a bad Body Control Module. Its the small computer that controls all the ground signals.

E20 on cd player when I insert a cd into the player it reads E20...and just played a cd ...took it out and started another, then tried others and they all read E20

your cd player is unable to read the discs. may want to try some of the computer cleaner spray/ duster. spray the computer duster into the cd slot and it may clean the laser to let it work again.

Check engine light blinking and car running rough

1st step is to get the codes read from the computer, it is an OBD2 system, so it should tell you what it is seeing wrong. It will set a code whenever it is unable to compensate for a sensor reading that is out of limits. Most auto parts stores will read the codes for you for free. The codes the computer kicks out should point you in the right direction to figure out what is wrong with it.

Cd player only takes cd half the time then the screen says track and not it's normal screen. I have disconnected to try to reload it what else can I do?

It looks like the CD tray is not responding properly, hence the optical head is unable to read the CD properly. Now that you have disconnected it, remove the player from the vehicle and get the player repaired. Change the tray if the gears which are mostly made from plastic and tend to get worn out very fast thus affecting the players output. Also run a CD cleaner to clean the optical head......sodeep
