Question about 2003 Mazda Tribute
Ignition position keys is ON but no lights on dashboard and won't start. ignition switch checked and OK.
Well the battery could be dead or the starter is bad or your ignition is shot or it can be a wiring problem call the dealer ship from the car manufacturing department or parts department to see what they suggest

Testimonial: "The battery and the starter are OK. I can start the car only with remote starter fob and keys must be in ON position. As soon as I press a brake pedal, the engine is off. I have idatalink bypass module."

Stop in at autozone or similar parts store & get free code scan, then see which way to go from there. Cheaper & faster than guessing.

I'm not sure where' the screws are but basically You need to remove the panel on the rear door, then once the panel (interior trim) has been removed you should see a lock mechanism which will be screwed/bolted in place. Easier and cheaper then buying a brand new lock mechanism (unless you want to buy brand new) is going to a wreckers and finding your car model and get it that way (yes it's used but it'll probably save you tons of money vs the dealership) Best Regards.

Its the Blower Resistor....If it was the switch, it probably wouldn't work at all....But the Resistor will give you those symptoms, of working on high med or low
