well, with all that you have changed the only two possible things that are left PCM and the ECM....
Do you have an alarm system on this vehicle? If you purchased this car second hand it may have something that is inhibiting the engine from firing. From what you have told us here that would be where I would start looking.

It could be a faulty Engine Coolant Temperature sensor. It sounds like when it is cold, your computer is interpreting your signal from the ECT (or lack therof) as being at a certain temperature and not providing the right amount of fuel in order to start the engine when it is cold. Does the check engine light blink or flash at all?

You have to align the timing marks on the timing gears. You should go to a parts store and purchase a haynes repair manual they cost about fifteen dollars and are very helpfull.
