Or maybe as simple as a blowen fuse for the injectors. There should be a fuse for the injectors, either under the hood or inside of car.

Is the check engine light on when the engine is running ?
Someone will need to check for spark on all cylinders and fuel pressure.
You might try spraying carb cleaner or starting fluid into the throttle body to boost fuel supply and see if it helps. If it does that would tell you its a fuel problem.

I can smell fuel really strong and the car would stop and not start back up for about an hour. I had the fuel pressure regulator replaced and had the fuel pump and fuel filter replaced. The car still...

Replacing one injector is not good as the full set must be changed for best performance. the fault seems more likely with an overflow of fuel due to poor settings or fault in the fuel delivery.
It seems the fuel pump is the suspected part, you need to have a good calibration with a check for fuel leak or faulty gaskets. When the AC is ON , the power required is more and so the throttle opens up with more fuel. The firing intensity and the INGITION SYSTEM, the spark plugs must be checked. A look as the spark plug will indicate the firing and fuel condition. Also the exhaust analysis will give a good report of the un-burnt fuel which means a correction in fuel settings.

My buick will not start. if i hold down the gas pedel it will the start but if i let it up the car will die. what might be wrong?

One or both of your coil packs are likely faulty and not all cylinders are getting spark.

A plugged fuel filter may also cause this. As well as bad fuel pump. I would first check to make sure that you are getting spark to all cylinders first. You can remove one plug at a time and lay on engine block, have someone else turn motor over while you watch to see if every plug is getting spark. Do one plug at a time. If one or two plugs aren't sparking, than coil pack is bad, If not spark, then crankshaft position sensor is faulty.

If spark is good, check for fuel pressure at fuel rail. there is a test valve on the rail. If pressure is low, then filter could be plugged, or your fuel pressure regulator is faulty. You can test power to it with a voltmeter. Or test unit itself with an ohmmeter.

It should be along the fuel rail or at the end of it where the fuel injectors are connected to,it's round in shape and has a vacuum hose connected to it.
