I have a Ford F-350 with a 7.3 deisel it won't start it just clicks like it's not engaging the starter the starter is brand new and if you try to jump it across the sylonoid it just clicks need help

One click or several clicks? Several clicks would indicate a low battery or corroded wires. One click, put a socket and breaker bar on the harmonic balancer bolt. See if you can turn it, your engine may be locked up.

How do you wire a new starter?

What model/make, vehicle is it? Most usually it is a battery hot lead from the battery positive directly to the starter and two wires to the starter sylonoid. If you'll tell me what you have I'll be happy to help

Had the starter rebuilt for a 1991 f350 ford.and now need to put it back on.and i am wondering other then the hot wire is there any other wire that needs to be part back on the starter

there should be three wires that need to be reatached. large diameter "HOT" wire and two smaller control circut wires that attach to the sylonoid on the top of the starter.
