Do the following take coil from cylinder 3 put in cylinder 1, take coil from 4 put in cylinder 2, put coil from cylinder 1 into cylinder 3, put coil from cylinder 2 into cylinder 4, reset computer, drive vehicle if you get codes for cylinder 1 and 2 replace coils

#3 cylinder is misfiring ?

check ignition coils. you can swap with another cylinder coils and see if misfire changes to other cylinder. If it jumps to other cylinder where there you atached the coil from cylinder #3, change the coil.
You can also check Coil On Plug Boot for damage and simple change the part. very easy and cheap.

My seicento is only running on 2 cylinders what problems would this cause

If your Fiat has no distributor, a distributorless ignition system, then it will have a coil pack with two coils. Each coil provides spark for two cylinders. One coil is for cylinders 1 and 4, and the other coil is for cylinders 2 and 3. If one of your coils has quit working, you will only be running on 2 cylinders. It is not uncommon for coils to fail.

1996 MB C220. Some one has switched plug wires around on the coils. Can you tell me the correct pattern?

Starting at the front of the engine, this is cylinder 1. The coil sits on cylinder 6 and the other cylinder it pairs with is cylinder 1. The next coil sits on cylinder 2 and it pairs with cylinder 5. The final coil sits on cylinder 4 and it pairs with cylinder 3.

What order do the spark plug wires go in on a 2000 kia sportage?

Basically the coil pack in the rear of the engine feeds cylinder #4 and there is a a plug wire off of that coil pack also that feeds cylinder #1. The coil that sits toward the front of the engine feeds cylinder #2 and the plug wire coming off that coil pack feeds cylinder #3. Each coil pack has a white plastic connector that can fit either coil but the length of the wires to each coil is different and should be easy to distinguish which coil pack each connects to. -cylinder #1 would be at the front of the engine and cylinder #4 would be at the rear.

2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500HD 6.0 motor. I am getting a misfire code on ignition coil "D". Which coil pak is coil "D"?

Coil "D" should be Cylinder #4
Coil "A" = Cylinder #1
Coil "B" = Cylinder #2
Coil "C" = Cylinder #3.
Coil "D" = Cylinder #4
Coil "E" = Cylinder #5
Coil "F" = Cylinder #6
Coil "G" = Cylinder #7
Coil "H" = Cylinder #8

Firing Order for 6.0L
1-8-7-2-6-5-4-3
Cylinders:
(back of vehicle)
8----------7
6----------5
4----------3
2----------1
Ignition Coils are adjacent to the corresponding Cylinder

Let me know if this helped.

Does coil pack in cylinder four fire plug in cylinder one

no, if you have a coil pack, and one cylinder is not firing then you will need to relace coil pack, if you have individual coils (coil over plug) the you can just replace the coil associated with that cylinder.
