Is there a way to unstop the windshield fluid emmitters without having to take it in for service? I cleaned them with vinegar and scrubbed with a toothbrush they are still stopped up.
Have you determined if it's the pump yet? You can pull a hose off where it connects to the spray nozzle. Hit the button, if fluid pumps out the pump is good. After that I would try a fine needle to clean the orifice. If you know anybody with an air compressor, you can blow pressurized air thru. Good luck
