It stops after the key is released and engine is running.But only turn the key for 1 second
It's very likely a bad engine belt, or possibly your starter is going bad. Try putting a small amount of grease on the inside of the engine belt and see if the problem goes away after 1 or 2 starts. If it does go away (this is a very temporary "fix") you very likely need to replace the belt.
