There is only one fuse for the power seat and that controls both driver and passenger it is a 50 amp under the rear seat in the battery area. Is the passenger seat working? If it is start checking the orange wire at the connector under the seat. There is a break in the wire somewhere or a bad connection. If this is the cause just to jump a new hot wire to the switch int to the orange wire.

Fuses are located on the drivers door jamb and in the engine compartment. See your manual. If the passenger seat is power and it works, then your problem is not a fuse but a switch.

SOURCE: driver seat won't move

Look in the fuse box under the hood. Check for power and ground at the switch. Possibly a body control module problem also. Have seen a few switches go bad, but not all functions.

Check continuity in the wires to the seat motor, check the motor or replace the seat motor.

Good luck.

Drivers power seat wont move forward. Can't push clutch if I can't move the seat forward

Check the two fuse boxes (use your smartphone camera and flash) for anything burned out . Note: There are two fuse boxes, one inside, under the dash and another by the engine.

Owners manual will help you locate the seat power fuse.

Fuse?

I believe your owners manual identifies what each fuse box location and fuse is for. Take a little time to read it and see.

Hello, We can't get the driver's seat to move back and forward, it just got in the position that it's in now and will not move, but the passenger seat will move. Someone said it's the fuse

If the seat is power, you may want to check the fuse first. You can find the location in your owners manual. If the fuse is good, you may have a bad seat motor. That should be taken care of by someone familiar with power seat carriage replacement.

Driver`s seat does not work, where to find the fuse compartment?

If you have the owners manual, you can find what you are looking for under fuse panels in the appendix, It will show you where the fuse panel is located, and where you can find the fuse in it. If you don't have a manual, you can probably find it at autozone.com. simply put in your vehicle info in,under the repair guide section. you also may want to check the connector under the seat, its possible someone may have accidently disconnected it with a foot, or something that was under the seat. inspect the harness for damage, it may have been pinched while moving the seat.If you have more than one power seat, and the others are functioning,it is likely to be the seat control switch, wiring harness,or motor. there also may be something wedged in the mechanisms that move the seat.more than likely your fuse panel will be under the dash, on the drivers side,or in the end of the dashboard, visisble when the door is open on the drivers side. hope this helps!

The electric front seats both stopped moving

Check the fuse box for a blown fuse, both seats may operate on one fuse depending on the model of vehicle and the fuse may be located either under the dash on the drivers side or in the engine compartment on the drivers side.

Circuit Protection
Power is supplied to the seat motors through the 30A POWER WINDOW fuse. The fuse is located in the LH engine compartment fuse junction panel and is hot at all times. The circuit breaker is behind the interior fuse junction panel and prevents current overload and component damage.

Check the fuse. The fuse box is located on the passengers side at the side of the dashboard. Also check the fuses that are located under the hood. The location for fuses are in your car manual.

1991 CIVIC LX AUTOMATIC SEATBELTS NOT WORKING.

I had a problem on a 91 Civic DX where the drivers auto seat belt wouldnt move and the beeper would not stop.Had a blown seat belt fuse.Replaced the fuse no more problem. The Seat belt fuses are located under the red cover that covers the positive battery terminal. On mine the fuse closest to the font of the car was for the drivers side auto seat belt the one closest to the windshield is for the passager seat belt. They are green and rated at 30A.
