SOURCE: jaguar x-type 2002 fuse diagram

Cigarette lighter fuse is in the fuse box on he driver side of the car under the dash. It is a blue 15 amp fuse, located on the left of the fuse compartment. You will see 4 rows of little fuses. The 2nd row starts a little further to the left than the 1st row does. The fuse you need is that far left one in the 2nd row of fuses.

Thanks for using the fixya forums!

SOURCE: I have an S-Type Jaguar

If i remember correctly that is in passenger side kick panel. There is 3 fuse panels. (one under hood and in trunk). Did you have a penny drop in the bottom of lighter? you might check first.

Position in car of the horn relay

one relay is going to work both horns if there are two horns.
horns are different than relays.
all horns are ran from one relay.
the horns are only different in sounds.
if one horn is not working and the other is its the horn itself.
disconnect the horn itself and listen for the relay clicking .
