Your fuel pump sounds like it has gone bad. It does not have enough power/life left to pump lower amounts out of the tank.

Rev's drop when vehicle comes to a stop and sometimes cuts out

There are many factors that can cause this condition. Since I have no direct familiarity with the "Citi Rox" engine (I do not believe we actually have that engine available in the U.S.), I will assume it is a GASOLINE (PETROL) engine, not a diesel engine.
If the vehicle has high mileage (over 100,000 miles), check the following:
  1. Is the CHECK ENGINE light on or flashing? If so, take the vehicle to a local auto parts store and have them scan for codes. Look up the codes they find on the Internet, and that will help in your diagnosis.
  2. Of course, replace the air filter if it is dirty, and make sure there are no obstructions in the air intake.
  3. Inspect the throttle body. If it is dirty, clean it with an approved throttle body cleaner for your vehicle, or have it cleaned.
  4. Inspect and clean the IAC (Idle Air Controller). Also inspect the EGR valve (Evaporative Gas Recirculation valve) to be sure it isn't leaking or otherwise compromised. The IAC is often the culprit in this condition but sometimes a leak in the EGR valve or its mounting gasket will throw the computer off far enough to where the car will not run correctly.
  5. Did the vehicle sit for more than three months recently? If so, either replace all fuel in the tank or, at least, treat the extant fuel with Fuel System Water Remover, then fill the tank with new fuel after driving about 100 miles (150-ish km) with the water remover in the tank. Once you have filled the tank with new fuel, add Fuel System and Injection Cleaner to the tank and drive for another 100 miles (150-ish km). If your performance improves, you'll know you had old or compromised fuel in the tank.
I hope this gives you a starting point!

I have an Audi A4 1995 automatic and is not starting, fuel half tank, battery new,its just cut off the engine when l stopped by the robbot please help?

Fuel in the tank doesn't mean fuel in the engine. Have the fuel pressure tested, maybe the fuel pump in the gas tank failed, the age of the car would make it a prime target for failure.

Car cut off running down the high way just died like theres no fuel what could it be

I had a Grand Am that did the same thing. There is a clip for the fuel relay sensor just under the drivers seat (under the car). It's about 1.5x1 inch and usually white or black. My car did that soo much and we finally found it! The housing of the clip was cracked so moisture would get in there and build up and short out the sensor and the car would stop getting fuel and shut off. It took about 1.5-3 mins for it to reset, and then I would be on my way again. Check that sensor connection first (that's the easiest to fix) and if that is not the problem it could be your fuel pump or sending unit. Or, if you live somewhere up north you could have rust in your gas tank and if your tank was low at the time of the cut off you may have sucked sediment into your fuel filter and clogged it there.

Where is fuel pump located on tank and doe's it have a fuse

Should drop down into the tank from about the top center. There is a retainer ring that needs to be rotated. I dont think there is a fuse but there is a fuel pump relay, and a fuel cut-oof switch in the event of an accident. Usually though, it's the fuel pump itself that stops working.

1995 nissan altima fuel cut off

Your fuel filter could be stopped up, injectors could be stopped up or there may even be a fuse for fuel. May also be your fuel pump, which is generally in the fuel tank. If you turn your ignition on, don't crank it, see if you can hear a whining noise coming from the gas tank neck(where you put the gas in). Hopefully that is NOT your problem.
