Question about 1995 Jeep Cherokee

I've justgot a 1995 Jeep Cherokee 2.5 petrol. The interior lightsand clock are not working. I think its a fuse, but can't find one blown in fuse box. Am i looking in the right place, under the steering column? If so what number fuse would it be? Cheers

Fuse # 9 (10 amp red in collor). if the radio works this is not it. try #15 (15 amp light blue)

    take out the panel in the glove box (it is the bottom of the glove box) the relay fuse are there. it is the front one on the right hand side looking in the box.

Fuses are on right side of dash. open the right door. There's a little panel there.

    Check the relays in the glove box under the bottom plane of the glove box.

VIC date & time has to be reset each time you turn on the ignition key. This is on a 1995 jeep grand Cherokee. This just started in the last week or so.


the memory fuse is blown.
cluster clock right?

the memory fuse is hot all time, if it is blown, or missing
the car will not remember lots.
new cars come with this pulled, for long term storage.
on 95 the radio has one too. for stations memory.

check all fuses first.

in ur fuse box make sure the fuse is not blown out if u can not find the fuse check all of them its most likly a blown fuse or the blubs might of blown out or the wires are loose . my first guess would be the fuse 85% sure of it.

I can not seem to find a diagram of the fuse box for a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.

1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee interior lights won't shut off


On the 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee if you look in the glove box, on the front of it there are 3 screws remove them and there are relays and fuse under it. the front one on the right hand side is the interior lights.

rear lamp failure. did you check brake and taillight and try blinkers some of the bulbs are dual filament bulbs one filament could be bad. the console light prob could be a blown fuse.
