Question about 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
Oil light came on took it to auto shop had oil changed after picking it up oil light came back on and started dinging took it right back to auto shop they reset the computer for the second time left oil light came on and was dinging again took it back they looked it over oil level fine motor running great no odd noises when i took it in for the oil change oil light came on but it was not dinging that started after oil change
This is the pressure light I think. Have that looked into RIGHT AWAY before you burn out the bearings in the engine.

You have two problems going on.
The oil light is telling you the engine oil pressure is low. If the oil level is full, the sending unit for the light is faulty, or you actually do have low oil pressure.
The codes are for a leak in the EVAP system which could be the gas cap but could also be a number of other things. There are valves and hoses that could leak.
The engine oil pressure would need to be checked with a mechanical gauge, and the gas tank venting system would need to be tested for leaks.

Most likely it means that the mechanic didn't bother to reset the service interval after changing the oil.
You can do this yourself by hitting the Step button until you see 0 miles until Service displayed, then hold the reset button until it changes to 3000 miles.

Your oil sensor may be faulty, or your may have a leak since you said the fluid level is okay.

Yes, it is a routine maintence to have it checked, if it's cracked or worn, it needs replacing, it will break without warning, and you won't be going anywhere, only by towing.
