Sounds Like The Themal Switch Is Stuck On Or The Fan Relay Is Stuck In The On Position ,
Try Removing The Fan Relay .
Listen To Hear a Clicking Sound When Plugging In And Out The Relay
If You Do Then Check The Thermal Sensor .
If You Unplug The Sensor And The Fan Goes Of With The Engine Cold Then That Is Your Fault
Good Luck

My Jeep cherokee fan motor run, when ignition switch is off,but does not run when engine is running.why?

the fans are there to cool the engine but once you stop the car the temperature is not being cooled by movement of air and water circulation via the water pump so the fan cuts in for a short time to stop the temperatures causing damage. when driving the air cools the motor enough to keep it a t the right temp no air movement no cooling.

My camry temperature goes up when i'm stopped or drving slow

You either have a bad fan relay or the fan motor itself is bad. If the motor is bad, it may still run at a slow speed or not at all. If it's the relay it wont come on at all.

I have changed everythimg

i had the same problem and the mechanic told me it was the fan motor. They replaced the motor and it stopped running hot unless I have to set in an idle mode. I turn on the AC and it stops running hot. The fan from the AC cools the motor. Hope this helps.

When I start my MPV, there is a rattling sound from behind the glove compartment box. I removed the box and there is a unit that seems to have a motor of some sort inside. WHat is that for. If I disconnect...

this is the interior fan motor and housing. The rattle may be a piece of debris in there(i.e. leaf or a piece of paper)or a thing in the electric motor called a brush.Run the fan at different speeds and if the sound gets quicker with the fan,its probably just a bit of debris. The other, the fan wont run as well and may may need replacing when it gives up and wont work

Fans for radiator wont stop running

The lite came on because the computer saw that there was no power to the cooling fan curcuit. That is monitored by the computer. But to be sure you should have someone read the code for you. Or you can disconnect the battery and it will clear the code. If the lite comes back on the computer is still seeing a problem and you should have it check.

Radiator fans

This is probably due to a short in the fan regulator temperature switch. I'd recommend finding it (it runs directly to the fans I believe) I know it does on the '01 beetle. However, a short will cause this as the switch bypasses the ignition and allows the fans to run whenever the switch can say to.
