Push in on door and it will pop out. Make sure the car is unlocked when you do it. If your asking about the emergency actuator release for the door it is in the right side of the trunk. Pull on the green tab.

I can't figure out how to open the gas door on a 1995 Sl500 Mercedez. Any idea

I believe the door is hinged about 1/3 of the way back. If you press on the door toward the front of the car it should swing open. Make sure your doors are not locked because it also locks the fuel door.

Fuel door on a 2011 kia sorento has always been a little sticky, but now it wont open at all. Repeatedly pusing the button and it clicks at the fuel tank, but the lid doesnt oopen. just about out of gass...

Question is whether the cable/unlatch device is operating, or if the spring that pushes the fuel door open is out-of-position or broken. Have someone else operate the button while you have a fingernail or non-scratching inplement ready to gently pry the door open. If the door does not open, there may be a problem with the cable/unlatch device. If you can get the door to open by hand when the button is operated, you may have a broken or displaced sping, which will be apparent once the door is open. I fixed this issue on our '92 Sidekick by installing a small spring from an old flashlight, set up so as to push gently on the door near the hinge point, while wrapped around the original support bracket. Best luck!

The lever that causes the fuel cover to open is not openiong the little fuel door.

most but not all have a back up cable in trunk not sure if yours does or not
more than likely your cable is broke somewhere if you dont have backup in trunk remove trunk trim panel and see if you can find where cable goes to fuel door and pull on it if that doesnt work cut the cable (you be replacing it anyhow) then peel back so u can get at wire inside cable pull on cable (might need pliers) and door should open
if all this fails pry door open with screwdriver

Dont know how to open the bonnet on Peugeot 104

The lever to open the bonnet is not on driver side but on passenger side (depends on the model). From passernger side open the door and then look on the side-wall (where the door ends and foot-wall starts) underneath the dashboard/glove-box for a lever to open the bonnet.

How do you open the gas cap on a 2005 Audi A4?

If there's no fuel door button inside the car (passenger door, center console, driver's door, etc) then you may just be able to push on the actual fuel door. Push on the front edge of the fuel door and it should swing open. I know a lot of Volkswagens are like this and since they're the same company, the door should open the same

THE FUEL DOOR ON MY 92 CIVIC DOES NOT OPEN WHEN I PULL THE HANDLE, HOW DO I DETERMINE IF THE HANDLE OR THE CABLE IS AT FAULT. THE HANDLE ASSEMBLY HAS NO SCREWS VISIBLE, I DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE IT APART

basically the linkage connecting the handle to the door is probbally worn. The cheapest option is to open the door manually, pry it open with a screwdriver or smoething flat and stiff. Look at the door and thhere should be a metal tab where the door catches the linkage. Just bend back that tab and your door should be fine. If you dont want to do that try to get some PB blaster and spray the linkage.
