The big ones first then all the little ones and tighten in three steps and make sure there is no bolts binding.trick is doing a good job and keep everything clean.

The Water is coming from the diaphragm . It may seem like its coming from the bolts but it isnt. Unless water pump was recently installed with a bad seal .

2001 Ram 3500 Truck: replacing powersteering pump on 1999 dodge 1 ton 3...

it is best to remove the pwr st. pump and vaccum pump assy as a unit which is held to the front cover w/2 15mm head bolt and a support bracket on the bottom bolt next to the block @ the pwr st pump. and disconnect all lines. get the seal kit and replace them @ this time. if you don't and just replace the pump you will probably develop an oil leak where the shaft meshes w/ the adapter.

2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Water Pump?

can we have a picture of fan/pump assembly?
if not, just fit the correct size of wrench on the bolts.
if you have adjustable wrench that could reach those bolts.
use socket wrenches, or close type wrench.

email me the picture. jyzomnix2@yahoo.com
