SOURCE: wont turn over

When the starter was tested I assume the solenoid was tested also. There is a fusible link going from the ignition to the solenoid. It’s the wire with a larger plastic block on it.

Might be something in your gas tank that gets stuck, I've heard of people putting whiffle balls in peoples gas tanks and that happens.

Loss of Power on my Opel Corsa lite 1.4 2008 model. Car has 131000kms on. i changed the Fuel pump and still same problem, New Plug wires still no Joy. what could be the problem

Loss of power when ? All driving conditions , Up hills ,steady cruse, hard acceleration. Could be a plugged catalytic converter ! pull O2 sensor and see if it's better or do a back pressure test so you know for sure . Have you changed the air filter ? Before you change parts you should test ,lots of good videos on YouTube ! Testing for plugged clogged restricted exhaust converter Fuel Pump Pressure and Regulator Test

Idle up and down not good power

which engine, there are many opted engine, name one.
did you say the engine lacks power? under what conditions.
Parked
moving.
hills,
wideopen throttle weak?
what?

btw : no idle works right if the engine runs bad.
lean fuel the ISC cant control idle ,
same for misifire.
idle is the last thing to work right in EFI.

is engine misfiring, and if so did it before the tune up or after./?

starting definately has a lot to do with the crank/cam position sensors, but it wouldnt have nothing to do with hot or cold weather, oxygen sensor will make the vehicle run too rich if its out, you will smell fuel very strong out the exhaust, that could make it run sluggish also, and usually if the mass air flow sensor goes out the vehicle wont start at all...

Ignition switch will not turn on. Battery is good. Steering wheel is locked, What should we do?

Quite often that will happen when vehicle parked with wheels turned, and/or vehicle on a slope, so try to avoid that in future. If nothing else, when parked on a slope, stop, keep foot on brake pedal, apply parking brake, put transmission in neutral, then take foot off brake pedal and wait for parking brake to stop vehicle rolling, then shift it into park. When leaving, put foot on brake pedal, shift to drive or reverse whatever direction your going, then release parking brake. Sounds like a lot to remember but you won't have to pull hard on shifter as before, and it could save a lot of money on transmission repairs down the road. Always try to park with wheels straight as well.
Now, with that said, if you parked with wheels turned, try hard to turn steering wheel in same direction wheels are turning, just slightly, as you try to turn key. Sometimes a quick yank in that direction will do it. Also make sure shifter is all the way in park before you try it. If your on a slope try rocking vehicle slightly up slope as you push/pull shift lever in to park and try to turn key at same time. If no luck, try pushing brake pedal real hard and try to turn key. Let me know how it goes.

My Saturn wont start. The battery has a charge, but power locks and interior lights don't work. My car ran fine I pulled into a parking lot went into store 30 minutes later came out to start my car and...

Its the power somewhere along the chain. So of course first is too check the battery. get a multimeter from harbor frieght.(5 bucks) Set it to D.C. voltage and place the red lead on the positive terminal, black on negative. It should read 12 volts if less, then you have a bad battery. Next jump start the car and repeat with car running, it should read 13 /14 volts. If not altenator is bad. If both are good ,clean battery terminals, nice shinny metal. hook up everthing nice and tight. Now start the car. Good luck

The Electronic Brake Control Module is a little part but costs a lot of money. I don't know about the Longitudinal accelerometer sensor. I know other cars do have it.
