2000 grand Marquis radiator cap blew off

There is 14 .2 foot pounds of pressure in your cooling system .
The problem is some one didn't tighten the cap correctly you have to push down on it turn it then turn it until it locks so its two turns ..
The good news is the cooling system is likely fine its holding pressure .But if you have to add coolant you should do it through the recovery bottle that has no pressure follow the hose under the radiator cap that will lead to the recovery system storage bottle .
This will also indicate the antifreeze level on the side of the unit ..

Blower blows all the time. In June I had the part that directs the air replaced. Then the blower blew all the time and now it is doing it again 2008 Grand Marqui

If the blower blows all the time even when the ignition is off I would replace the blower motor control module( could be called the blower motor resister).

My a/c fan will blow but no cool air

I recently had a similiar problem with my Cadillac only blew hot air when I turned on the ac. I disconnected the battery to reset the computer and that worked for me. Unless it is a more serious problem reseting the car might work.

How do i take the soft top cover off the top of c...

The cover to the roof is glued on.Solvent will break up the the glue although the vinyl covering will have to be removed first. Using a heat gun will make this task more easier to do. Home Depot and many hardware stores sell heat guns at a decent price these days

2000 grand marquis-dash light came on for air ride suspension-replaced fuse what else could be the problem

If you blew a fuse there is a problem. There is a diagnostic plug to scan the air suspension. If you can find an Autozone or Oreillys with the proper tester they will scan it free. Otherwise it is a Dealer that will have the proper scan tools.

Fuel pump

The fuel pump for the 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis is inside the gas tank. Early this year the Ford garage replaced it thinking it would fix a problem that was ultimately traced to a short that blew a component on the computer board. I ended up paying for the fuel pump, but just paid the material cost for the computer board.
