Question about 2004 Acura TL
My daughter just bought a 1998 Acura with 89,101 miles on it. When should the timing belt and water pump be replaced? I was told I could wait till 100,000 miles.
100,000 is the recomended interval change for the timing belt, however there is no set schedule for the water pump.

Yes it would be a very good idea to change them all at once. You can't go wrong there because most timing belts and water pumps go out around 90-100,000 miles. Go for it I would.
