Drivers side window won't go back up.

I can still hear the mechanism for the window, but it doesn't move. I think it is off the track. ( drivers side only)

The drivers side window is off the track and now im having problems getting it closed

you can sometimes get it back in by lowering the window all the way down, pry or hold open the felt seals on the door, and look into the door with a flashlight, you might be able to get it back in track by moving the window back and forth (be carefull not to strain glass or it will shatter).. may have to remove door panel to put glass back on track.

Driver's side window is off the track and is lodged inside the door. How do I take off the door panel and put the window back on its track?

The window regulator is broken

Windows do not go off track

Just like your back doesn't go out

You remove a couple screws around the door handle
You may have to pry up the switch panel to get to some
of them
There are plastic fasteners around the outside of the door
panel that get pryed loose

You won't like doing that job, as the professsionals
don't want to do it either

Your window is probably still on track but the window regulator is shot and will need to be replaced if the glass moves freely and the motor spins without moving the glass.

chances are your window regulator just broke on you. usually the plastic clips break off. Im not sure if you can just replace the plastic clips or have to replace the whole regulator. go into a nissan dealer parts dept and have them pull up a diagram of the drivers window. it will give you a very good diagram of what the regulator looks like. hope this helps!

Drivers window off track

more likely because the window was frozen you have a brocken gear or belt that is a part of the regulator.if you take the pannel off and operate the motor you should be able to find out and put it back on track.i hope it helped.

Drivers window

Could be, but I doubt it.
More then likely, it has more to do with the track and guide assembly.
You are correct, you do have to remove the door panel to make the determination.
