I hope you meant to say radiator because condenser is for ac and does not use trans fluid.

When driving the car surges or kicks and bucks

Classic signs of transmission trouble. First I would inspect the transmission fluid. It should be pink or light red. If your transmisson fluid is ok, then its probably the transmisson control module. Dark fluid with a burned smell indicates worn clutches/overheated transmission. Changing the fluid and filter might help, but the transmission is already severly worn and will not last very much longer. Transmission replacement is definatly in order.

94 caddy sedan deville 4.9 transmisson wont engage into any gears

If you are sure the fluid level is full, the filter could be leaking pressure or not allowing fluid to pass thru. There may not be enough fluid in the valve body to make the transmission function.

Why would there be transmisson fluid leaking out of radiator?

Radiators on automatics have a separate reservoir for transm. fluid cooling purposes. Didn't you remove the transm. fluid cooling lines from the radiator-a feed line to the radiator and a return line from radiator to the transmission? They are small steel lines that connect on the end of the radiator.

My jaguar x type 2.0 auto is leaking transmission fluid and there was smoke coming from the vehicle as i drove it. Its a 2002 model what could be the problem?

front pump seal is leaking or oil pan seal is leaking and hitting the exhaust pipe. time for a transmisson oil change and fliter replacement. costs about $200.00 at any tranny shop.

Why my 2006 chyrsler leaks tranmission fluid

There are two possibilities
Either a bad gasket or the fluid internal pressure is too high due to bubbles getting in formed. if its gasket problem then the gasket needs to be checked.but if its high fluid pressure then bleeding the old fluid and refilling the new fluid properly will solve the problem. Also check How bad it is leaking? You certainly don't want to run a car with low transmission fluid as it will surely do internal damage. Most common leak areas are at the pan gasket or the transmission cooler lines that go to the radiator. Next most common areas are at the output shaft seals and around sensors or plugs on the transmission. If you replace any cooler lines with hose, make sure you use transmission hose. This will handle the pressure and the chemical resistance that other hoses will not stand up to. Also be sure to KNOW what transmisson fluid is needed. One size does not fit all! This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya

I have flui leaking out the back of the yoke into

Your rear tail shaft seal is leaking and it can be replaced, you may have a worn shaft and will need to buy a speedy sleave at any parts store and a new rear transmisson seal both costs about $20.00 and is not to hard to change, you need to replace the fluid with Dexron II or Dexron III or the new fluid that works in all cars. If you need more help let me know.

Transmission fluid stick

No the manual transmisson does not have a stick. on the transmisson their are two plugs. One for draining and one for filling. In order to check the fluid, pull the higher plug out and feel with a finger in that hole for fluid. To set the level to the correct level you would need to drain and refill the trans. If no leaks are present you should be OK
