Sounds like worn engine mounts, or trannys on the way out,, mine did a similar thing,, but was the tranny, when I stepped on the clutch it was quite ,released clutch at say a light it got noisy, on you car check facing front of car with car off, right in front of the rad you'll see the hydraulic tube goto the tranny kind of to you left a bit, right where that rubber boot is theres a fork under that rubber, with car off does this slop around? when you touch it with your hand? there's a spring in there that that fork clips onto that likes to wear out. when it gets soft it will make noise,, because the forks wobbling around and not tight and if really noisey change out your throw out bearing,, good luck.. hope this helps

SOURCE: Gear Box

You need to check the adjustment on the shifter, I think that may be the problem, do that before assuming the gearbox is defective.

SOURCE: s2000 vibration when decelerating

Clutch would show different ugly symptoms - it is definately a warped/warn rotor and/or brake pads from high speed deceleration or "riding the brakes".

Fairly easy to fix, probably 2-3 hours of work for each corner

SOURCE: 1998 honda crv vibrates when starting out

Increased vibration from a vehicle indicates worn out engine supports. This vibration often disappears when revving the engine high, but is very noticeable at low revs.

You can have these inspected and possibly replaced to reduce the vibration cominf from your engine.

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: when i put my gear

It appears you have an automatic transmission.

It also sounds like it would be a gear shifting solenoid of some sort (possibly aka a torque converter solenoid).

Provided you are mechanically inclined and have the tools and an appropriate work space, you will need a lot more details which can be found here, the dealer or a transmission repair specialist.

Bad front end vibration while in gear at idle only makes dash and floorboard vibrate

When you are in gear at idle with your foot on the clutch you have placed an axial load on the crank which is pushed forward in the main bearings against a thrust bearing. I suspect a failing thrust face on this bearing as it only works under a clutch release load. The only other point that is under load is the clutch throw out bearing but if that is failing you should be hearing a tinny type of rattle when you have the foot on the clutch

Vibration between 20-25 in 3rd gear and 28-32mph in 4th gear

did you replace the clutch plate as well as the clutch ? as not doing so it can be warped from the heat of old one burning out. also did you check the flywheel as any imperfections in the plate can cause clutch wobble.

Bad vibration engine trans under load

seems your problem is within your clutch, defective part, usually a defective release bearing will cause gear shifter and pedal vibration but not as bad as yours, but by pressing on clutch pedal vibration stops, point to clutch!
