Change 24 hour clock non military time

You could select the 12 Hour clock mode instead of 24 hour as it may be set at now.

Also it needs to be confirmed if the audio system fitted to your vehicle supports 12 hour clock. Please check the two documents below after turning to the section on Clock setting. The menus to set this could vary depending on which audio system you have.

1995 Chrysler jeep grand cherokee 4.0 engine timing specs. Need procedure to check base timing. What is the base timing set too?

Once the distributor is installed correctly at top dead center on number one cylinder, the PCM controls the base timing, the base timing is not adjustable and will fluctuate with certain engine operating conditions such as engine temp, vehicle speed and if the system is in closed or open loop.

Setting points

should realy be done with a Dwell Meter, your shaft bushes could be sloppy, allowing the points to fluctuate in the gap, altering the timing.would suggest getting an electronic distributor.not that expensive, easy to fit, then forget

sounds like your throttle positioning sensor is not set right so i would undo the two phillips heads that hold it and turn it till the idle doesnt fluctuate should be turned most of the way to the front of the truck. Also check your idle screw that throttle body could be set different.
