Yes if the battery is completely shot & just barely
starts the car

You need professional tools to check for enhanced codes,
when it comes to abs system

You need to check the alternator out for voltage, current
& a/c current ripple, that could be your voltage issues

I would guess the abs/trac is another problem

When the a/c is on, the alternator should hold the field current
on longer & the idle should come up as well, if the cars computer
has control over things

How do i reset my traction control

Is your trac light lit ? If so it has a problem an till it is fixed , you can't reset it. Need to have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .
If the ABS control module detects a malfunction, it will disable TCS and will command the BCM to turn the TRAC LED Off. The driver can also disable TCS, if desired, by depressing the TRAC switch. When the driver depresses the TRAC switch, the ABS control module will disable TCS and will command the BCM to turn the TRAC LED Off.
DTC C0276 TCM Traction Control Not Allowed
DTC C0275 or C0276
The TCM sends a serial data message to the electronic brake control module (EBCM) indicating that torque reduction is temporarily not allowed.
DTC C0550
DTC C0896
The electronic brake control module (EBCM) is required to operate within a specified range of voltage to function properly. During antilock brake system (ABS) and traction control system (TCS) operation, there are current requirements that will cause the voltage to drop. Because of this, voltage is monitored out of ABS/TCS control to indicate a good charging system condition, and also during ABS/TCS control when voltage may drop significantly. The EBCM also monitors for high voltage conditions which could damage the EBCM.

Dash lights and headlights are flicker on my 2000 Buick LeSabre limited. Any solutions? Also the abs and traction control light won't go off.

Traction light is on because the abs is on.Traction control needs to have the abs system fully functioning to work. Most common cause of abs light is a wheel speed sensor. As for your lights flickering the alternator may be going out or you have a poor ground connection.Would check battery cables first to make sure they are tight.

Idles low when ac/heat is on and lights dim

fix the idle speed to 850-900 rpm
check the alternator and voltage regulator as the voltage should read 14.5-14.8 volts dc at 1000rpm or higher regardless of what is running
have it bench tested by an accredited auto electrician

The brake abs light came on and the power and AC button on the panel stopped workng

check battery voltage.make sure your alternator out put voltage is 13.5 to 14.5 volts.because if battery voltage drop.below 12.5 volts the abs light will come on.if all is good.you have a electrical problem in dash.

Brake/ABS/Traction lights on plus no AC

These problems do not seem to be related at all. The cause of the warm ac air could be several things from a low refrigerant charge to a plugged condensor fins to the compressor clutch not kicking in. You just have to follow a systematic approach when diagnosing these problems.

Service lights come on when I step on the gas.

These lights are indicating that a fault(s) exists in the systems that u have indicator lights for, they are warning lights, there are 100's of reasons (an eng miss is just one) for the check engine light to be on, and dozens for the traction control and ABS lights. U need to have the dealer or other shop test the systems for the system trouble codes that are stored in the memory of the control modules whenever these light come on, until the system is tested for these codes it would all be guess work and possible wasted money on parts that are not defective, have the test run and post the codes back on fixya

The first thing i would check is all 4 abs sensors at the wheels. You can do this with a volt meter set on ac voltage and spin the wheel if it generates voltage at all on the meter its good.
