SOURCE: need to replace broken lug bolt

If you have room behind the broken lug you can usually drive it out with a good smack of a sledge hammer. To re-install, use a stack of washers between the nut and flange and draw the lug into position. (plenty of oil on threads to avoid galling)

SOURCE: How do you change the timing belt on a 2004 toyota

You will need the factory service manual. I was able to do it in about 4 hours, but it is quite involved as nearly everything on the front of the engine needs to be removed.

SOURCE: I need to replace starter

No you do not need to remove the plenums. The starter is removed and installed from underneath the truck of from within the wheel well if the wheel is removed. You should go buy a Haynes or Chilton repair manual for $20 they are indisposable to do it yourselfers and will give detailed step-by-step instructions with pictures.

How do remove a starter on a 1988 Toyota cresseda

Hi,starter motor is simuler on all cars.
what you have to do is first discanect the battery earth then live,
then jack the car up and put it on axlestands,
then if you crawl underneath the car on the near side(pavement side)and take the wires off with the spade connectors,
then undo the nut that holds the live cable from the battery and then remove cable,
then there are two or free bolts that hold the starter motor onto the belhouseing, undo those bolts take starter motor off and replace with new one,
to reassemble is in reverse, all the best.

How to change a starter motor on a 1989 Toyota Corolla

Hi you did not say what engine or model but based on a 1.3 12v remove disconnect the battery black (negative terminal) then the air filter housing on top with a wing nut.
then you have the carb underneeth it you can remove this to make access easier label all of the vacum hoses etc. and remove the carb by removing four bolts at all four corners at the base of the carberetor.
the starter is at the back of the engine underneeth the manifold undo the solenoid (one bolt with a wire connected) undo the bolts for the starter sorry cant remember how many. you may need to give it some gentle persuasion with a copper hammer. remove and replace.
