My 91 300zx running to rich and now dont start

I change all injectors, fuel filter, cam sensor and ECU and running perfect for couple month but 2day ago start make some noise inside the car on driver side kick panel and one minute later the engine sound like running on 3 cylinders I check the spark plug and is black and full of gas, I check pulse and spark and is perfect so I change the spark plugs (Denso iridium) and run good for 2 day now same problem my car don't start and smoke alot and when I try couple times start and throw flames from exhaust

Check your fuel pressure. Make sure it is within specification, sounds like you have a bad regulator.

Still need the codes.
Injectors can go "bad" in a couple of different ways; all they are is an electromagneticaly controlled nozzle. When the ECU "fires" the injector, it pulses a ground circuit for 4-8 milliseconds, the electromagnet powers up, the valve at the bottom of the injector opens, and the fuel shoots out, under pressure. The wire can be bad/chafed/corodded/ The electromagnet may be weak. The nozzle may be stuck. Lots of things. But, to put in an injector for a number 4 cylinder misfire (p-0304 code) would be one of the last things that I would do.

Check the fuse to the injector. If it is out or got wet, it could mimic these conditions. let me know what happens. I have an 85 model.

The throttle body injector goes full on and floods the engine as soon as it starts.

This vehicle has no mass air flow sensor , it uses a MAP sensor for speed density fuel control , My self I would hook up a scan tool an see what the block learn an integrator or showing , this is same as fuel trims on OBD2 vehicles I would also look at the map sensor voltage parameter ! A bad map sensor can cause a lot of fuel to dump into the engine ! Manifold Absolute Pressure MAP Sensors

What generates fuel injection pulse on a 1994 geo metro base model? I have replaced alternator, TBI injector, and ECU. Checked relays, fuel pump and filter. Feed and return line are clear. On startup I get...

The PCM (ECU does that) its part of what is called EFI, electronic fuel injection, it's a computer, that gets inputs, and uses those inputs to injector perfectly at ALL times.
what engine? 3cy. or 4? is it TBI injected or MPI injected
1 injector or 4? we need to know that first.
does it run on test fuel for 3 seconds.
when was last time it run perfect, last week last year. what?
first off stop guessing, you can go broke that way.
want to diagnosis it? the steps are easy. if fuel is good..
  1. fuses good.?
  2. CEL lamp glow keyon, if not ECU is bad. or bulb , it must glow.
  3. compression over 150PSI on all cyl. (w.o.t = wide open throttle)
  4. do a 60k, mile tune up yet, filters, spark,. and cam timing belt.?
  5. if not, why wait?
  6. 6: is spark good tall cylinders not just 1? is the timing way off if yes, the cam belt did slip, do not fiddle tiiming, fix the belt. first.
  7. ok it now magically runs on test fuel for 3 seconds and sounds great. so we do fueling last.
  8. fuel pressure tests are next. takes $20 gauge got one?
  9. ill stop here, as fueling tests are long play.l..... ask. if you can get to step 9,

I think all 94 metors are TBI engines, one injector
up to 1997 inclusive.
then the 1998 offered 4cyl, MPI injected engine.

have you learned how to use flash codes (DTC) yet?
insert jumper , key on, see CEL lamp glow and flash 12s'
the crank for 5seconds, see if the flashes go to 41 or 42?
bingo if yes.
the TBI allows the mech to watch injection, at the TB.
with top hose off. you can watch it inject as person 2 cranks.
does it?
the ECU brain cuts fuel at the first sign of:
  1. lost spark (to stop fires)
  2. lost Cmp sensor, same .
  3. TPS ground wire busted and ecu things foot is W.O.T (super secret unflood mode) (or TPS cracked in half inside)
or total loss of fuel pressure.

What activates the fuel injecters

The crank position sensor (and or) the cam position sensor send a message to the computer. The computer then activates the fuel injectors and coils.

Why does my 98 subaru legacy sputter and die?

Clean your MAF sensor and throttle body. If it's dirty it will send wrong voltage to ECU, running either too lean or too rich, most likely too rich and flooded the fuel injectors.

Rough idle chevy 350

Have you checked/replaced the O2 sensor(s). They produce the data that your computer reads. Bad/clogged O2 sensors will trick the ECU into running lean/rich.

No Injector Pulse

run fault codes as there is a problem sensor in the system. volts at the injector is suspect as the voltage will vary with the fuel requirement.

1992 geo storm starts for only about three seconds and cuts off

nice guess work now broke.
now what does reset timing mean.
spark? , cam?
if the spark was found way off that means the cam slipped.
and the belt slipped. timing just dont walk off for funs and giggles.
its a Loud horn in my year, hey buddy, the cam slipped.
seen chain cams do that too, due to horrid drivers.

questions, I only have questions: (then answers...)
1: compression each cylinder good, if not?, big issues.
they must be equal and over 150psi WOT (wide open throttle)
2: then a timing light to check spark timing.
guessing here is no good, and ignoring this timing way off a big error.

at this point test fuel works, even with the intake and exhaust manifolds in the truck, need vidoes?
this is called the TEST fuel step.
note the care order of my tests. not guessing not skipping ahead.

you car will never inject if the ECU thinks there is no spark
even if the spark is 100% perfect.
most 90s cars, look at the coil back pulses called TACHOMETER
if those die, INJECTION is HALTEd.
by design.

Ok your ECU has scan codes and does report bad crank and bad camp sensors. as does lost spark , clue you to this fact.

ok car runs on test fuel what next.?
well, fuel pressure checks
NOID lights on injectors.
clogged fuel filter, 60k service not done?
injector coil ohms test.
injector balance test if MPI engines.
lots more,. but at least my posts gets test fuel working.

it will run (at least) for the time that the test fuel, is added.
I can keep an engine runnig on test fuel for 5 min, and my finger hurts.

1996 f-350 power stroke 7.3 4x4 standerd stalls have changed all sensors and fuel injecter mod and it still stalls

Have you changed the fuel filter? Check your fuel pressure for whether you have a bad pump. Try checking the fuel lines for drawing air. Check for a crankshaft or Camshaft sensor being bad.

The Injector Module you installed depends on getting a signal to fire the Injectors. It needs good pressure from the pump and a good fuel line to the pump. Mechanical injectors relied on timing the gears of the pump to inject at the right time; the electronic injectors need to sense the position of the crank and cam.

This in basic form will deliver fuel to say Number 1 piston, and then it refines the process to deliver fuel at so many degrees TDC so you get the optimum power from the fuel. You need to check this timing as it is how a mixture is made rich or lean.

The stuff you have already done may be perfect, but a frozen Turbo or bad timing in the crank to cam parts will give you similar problems.
