The whole streering wheel locked how can we unlock it

Faulty steering lock only method here is to cut the whole lock off with a radial cutter you may even have to remove the whole steering column to get to the lock as the fititng bolts have shear headed bolts which break off on tightening

How do you change the rod and pinion

I'd say before doing anything costly have a look at your power steering fluid level and make sure it's topped up, most of the time a stiff steering wheel is cause by either a low fluid level or faulty power steering pump ( in this case the engine would make noise every time you turn the wheels). Hope it helps and please don't forget to rate the answer if it was helpful, thanks!

The keyless remote alarm went off, I pushed lock buttons on remote to stop the alarm, now the ignition is locked and I can't turn the key to start the car

Try wiggling the streering wheel left & right while turning the key, sometimes pressure on the steering linkage will keep the key from turning.

Very hard to steer wheel in my 2003 gmc yukon and there is plenty of steering fuid in it

Turn car off - Remove power steering cap, and turn streering wheel hard right or left and fluid should pour out (cover surroundings with rags.) If so, check your power steering pump.
