The blower motor is located directly below the passanger glove box on the right. Its a round flat plate with 2 small screws holding it in place. All you need is a screwdriver and a pair of wire cutters (the wire cutters totally depend on whether the replacement is factory or not.) Simply unblot the existing part and replace it with the new part. If you have purchased an aftermarket part you will need to cut and attach the factory harness pigtail to your motor. Also the replacement part I purchased didn't come with the blower wheel, so I had to remove the old one and place it on the new motor. Works like a charm! Easy install and best of all....I have air after 2 years without!!

SOURCE: 2003 COROLLA S AIR CONDITIONER BLOWS HOT AIR.5

I just fixed mine. My compressor clutch would not engage. The fuse under the dash checked as ok and the freon was fully charged. My compressor clutch wasn't froze, it just wouldn't come on. If this is the case for you, there is a fuse box under your hood, which contains an A/C relay switch. it is the first rectangular block to the left (looking towards your windshield). Mine was white in color. It's about 1" by 1/2" rectangular shape.
Autozone had this part in stock and it cost $27.99 . It was black in color...
Good luck!

Air conditioner blows hot air

You can buy an inexpensive fill kit with a gauge on it. It hooks to the "LOW" pressure side of the system (grey cap near the dash on the passenger side) if you look just about where the fender well is under the hood, you can see another smaller grey cap. This is the high side. There is a little window there that if you see bubbles in it, it needs Freon. Hope this helps.

Heating system not working in a toyota echo 2005

DOES IT BLOW ANY AIR OUT AT ALL? If its blowing air out, check to see if your heater hoses are getting warm. If not, then your heater hoses are clooged, check where they connect to your engine/waterpump for a clog, very common for this connection point to clog up with rust and corrosion. If it don't blow air out, your blower motor switch, blower motor, or blower motor resistor is fauly, check your fuses too.

I just bought a 2003 Toyota Echo and when I start the car up, the blue "low engine coolant" light stays on for about a minute before shutting off. I've added coolant, so I know it is full,...

Make sure there is no air in the system, take the radiator cap off and let the engine idle for half an hour, as the air comes out the coolant will go low, ad more coolant and then close the cap on also make sure the resevour bottle is at its mark.

2003 COROLLA S AIR CONDITIONER BLOWS HOT AIR.5 DAYS AGO MECHANIC "CLEANED LINES AND PUT IN FREON" FOR $135.00. STILL BLOWING HOT AIR.

If it blew cold air after freon added and 5 days later blew warm, you may have a leak in the system. Also check and see if compressor comes on if not you may have an electrical issue, relay for compressor, coil on compressor, etc.......

2003 Toyota Echo heat not working. Fan, but no heat.

There is a valve on one of the heater hoses that allows heated water to flow through the heater core when you select heat. With heat selected and car warmed up check to see if both of the hoses feel warm. If not then water is not flowing through heater core and valve may need replaced or heater core is stopped up.
