Hyundai atos 1l power loss, jerks

After 15-20 minutes driwing, the car begins to loose the power and ****. The throttle doesent help, until a few minutes. After 1 to 5 minutes everithing is ok. My mechanic changed spark plugs, fuel filter, wires, purged the nozzles and cleaned the tank. Problem stil exists. I neen help. Thank You!

    first question, check engine light on? if you have no light then nothing you did will help you as your car would read a misfire, if it is a fuel problem it would read random multiple engine misfire and if it was spark it would tell you what cylinder was misfiring. You would have an O2 sensor code if your MAF was bad as it would read that you were putting no air into your car and not running rich. So your car is doing this only when warming up it could be your IAT "intake air temp sensor" Engine temp sensor, or a vacuum leak on your throttle body. Let me know what you find out

If your mechanic did clean your gas tank he probably reused the tank sock which is sort of a prefilter and should be left off after cleaning, you have an inline filter and that is enough unless you get some really trashy fuel that would clog the sock and the filter and without the sock all you would need to do is drain the tank and replace your filter.

I'm not a mechanic but I have 15 years in the parts business. From what you say I will point you into the direction I beleive your problem is. I would check your throttle control. follow the air intake to the engine intake manifold. in that area you will find what is called a "throttle position sensor". it is activated be the postion of the "gas pedal" it work alittle like a reostat switch. not much you can do with it other than checking ohm redings at differnt positions or replaceing it. Start car and use a squirt bottle of water to wet the wires and coil, if you see it spark or run rough one or both are bad, repair the wires first as they are more common.

Car jerks... like it's not running on all

Check your motor mounts they can be needing replacement these hold your engine in place if they are loose your car will or can ****.
Easy fix but I would suggest a mechanic it's not to expensive.

I would recommend you check the throttle position sensor ( TPS ). If possible you should get the vehicle scanned for any engine codes first.
