It sounds like you have leak in one of your heater hoses. You will need to replace it yourself or get a garage to replace it for you. If it's just a heater hose it should be a relatively inexpensive repair, maybe ~60$. If you replace it yourself it would cost ~10$. If there's another problem causing you to overheat it may cost more.

Sounds like the bypass hose or one of the heater hoses. Usualy easy to change. Remove old hose and atake to Autozone to match up a new one.

If the engine is reaching normal temp, and both heater hoses are hot, the problem could be a blend door under the dash.

I have a 2006 pontiac grand prix 3.8l my heat only blow cold aair I checked the thermostat and the heart inlet hose is hot but the outlet hose is luke war what could this be maybe clogged heater core.

Ok fellow 2006 Grand Prix owners!! By trial and error, I went through the process of elimination because my car would over heat and had no heat inside. After changing the thermostat, I had to replace the water pump. However, after you do this, you need to open the inlet hose bleeder and let the air out a few times. This solved my issue of overheating and I now have great heat!!!

Antifreeze is leaking from the front of the car i have a 2004 grand prix

first find out where exactly its leaking from.if its a hose,is it a loose clamp.some cars use a spring clamp, like a big circlip.replace them with proper hose clamps, with the knurled teeth and hex drive screw.if hose split, get new hose.only change hoses when engine cold, catch any spilt coolant, its very poisonous.if its radiator, get radiator shop to remove and repair.

I have a 2004 grand prix, 3.8 in need of a thermostat. The engine is not heating up to operation temperature. Where is it located.

where the main radiator hose connects to the engine block, if you remove the hose (be ready to catch some coolant with a floor-catcher) it should be just inside there.
