Question about 1995 Hyundai Elantra
I had a similar problem in the end after ablown head gasket ,stuck thermostat,overhauled engine and a new waterpump i found timing was out about 1 tooth (advanced)

First, is the radiator fan coming on? If not, you will need to check fuse,sensor, relay and fan motor. Need to check thermostat for proper operation. If all is good, you will need to have radiator flush. Keep me informed and I can guide you so more.
