Question about Dodge Caravan
Left turn signal is normal and right turn signal rear bulb does not flash. 2005 dodge caravan. Switched rear bulb sockets left to right but same problem so bulb and socket are good. Do I have a wiring problem? There is a rear hitch plug.Where do I start to isolate the problem? Thank you.
Check all four of the turn signal lights. Usually one of the bulbs is bad. Sometimes is lit but not flashing, sometimes it is off. Replace that bulb.
Hope this helps.

First place to check is for a bad wire connection in the hitch plug as it may be shorting out on another wire.

Buy new wiring harnesses I tried everything you did and getting new harnesses online for around $19.00 a piece fixed this issue and it sure was a relief. Search online and don't forget Amazon too. Good luck.

SOURCE: Left turn signal flashes fast
the flasher relay is located in the fuse panel, But you may want to check the front lights as well since all 4 of the blinkers are linked for the hazzard feature, any one of the bulbs can cause this issue.
