Question about 2005 Honda Civic
Are you sure that is the correct code? Maybe P1457?? If so, it's an evaporative emissions system leak. The most common failures for evap on this model are the purge control solenoid, and missing/loose/aftermarket gas caps. The evap system needs to be tested. That's not something I can do over the net. Sorry.
