For front windshield, the hoses are usually easy to locate and replace. This is cheap hose so replace it. Other issues are that the spray nozzles can freeze if you don't have correct fluid in them. Most of these can also be replaced, but this may be harder depending on the location. I don't know on your car, but many modern cars have these attached to the wiper arms, so it may be very easy.
Windshield washer pumps are attached to the windshield washer fluid container. Remove that container and look for the washer pump. That is the only item with two wires connected to it. First remove hose connected to the washer pump and turn the washer switch on. IF water flows from the washer, your water lines are clogged, if no water flows, your washer pump maybe dead or there is no power going to the washer pump.
Try testing IF current is passing/present at the two wires by connecting as continuity tester or simply a small lamp. Switch the washer on and see if the bulb gets lit, if it does, there is power and your problem is the washer pump itself. Replace the pump.
WARNING Windshield washer solution contains methanol which is poisonous. Observe all cautions and warnings indicated on label of washer solution container. NOTE: Windshield washer fluid should be collected in a container after the windshield washer hose is disconnected. To Install: WARNING Windshield washer solution contains methanol which is poisonous. drain into a container through a temporary jumper hose connected to the
front washer pump.

washer pump motors and the fluid level sensor. Slide the red lock on
the connector to the release position, then, depress the black tab and
pull the connector off the pump or sensor.

Disconnect the reservoir from the body mount by raising the
reservoir upward slightly and then down so that the reservoir filler
neck and front washer hose pull through the opening in the front fender
